"O L-RD, Who are my power and my strength and my refuge in the day of trouble, to You nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, 'Only lies have our fathers handed down to us, emptiness in which there is nothing of any avail! Can a man make gods for himself, and they are no gods? 'Therefore, behold I let them know; at this time I will let them know My power and My might, and they shall know that My Name is the L-RD".
Jeremiah 16:19-21

What blocks the eye from seeing?

It is only one thing.

We are gazing upon the idols of our own making,

and worship them as did the ancients long ago.

There is nothing new under the sun,

only the forms have changed,

but the forbidden essence remains.

Today we worship many false gods,

and like in ancient days, we make every effort

to proclaim and prove

that our modern idols are real.

Modern idols are not statues made of wood or stone.

Today’s idols are made of flesh and blood,

and are the creations of flesh and blood.

We have made ourselves to be today’s idols.

The new commandment today is,

“I am the lord, my own god,

I shall have no other god before me!”

Deny this all you wish,

you still know it is true.

For most today,

they are their own gods,

and they worship their own selves.

They look to nature as just another

servant to be conquered and to be put into service.

The soul of man needs to be filled.

Is it filled with man himself

who makes himself god,

or it it filled with God

who makes man to be a man.

A man who is full of himself

is full of *-*-*-*-.

But a man full of God,

is one who is full of self-sacrifice,

righteousness and giving.

Full of God

means fulfillment of responsibilities.

Full of self

means fulfillment of nothing,

other than personal desires.

When man serves himself,

others pay a horrible price.

When man serves God,

others are serviced,

instead of being placed in servitude.

Idol worship is as real today

as it ever has been.

Man’s mind is confused,

and his eyes are blinded.

Even the religious serve themselves.

Many times they are the worse perpetrators

of the crime of self-worship.

No need to concern ourselves with these.

God knows very well how to deal with those

who proclaim his Name,

and at the same time contradict it

and disgrace it at every turn.

The only place where God is not to be found

is in the soul of the one full of self.

Idolatry is punishable by death,

but God does not carry out this terrible sentence,

neither does any court of law on Earth or in Heaven.

Yet, death pursues the idolater,

for he who worships himself

is worshiping death.

Everyday, the selfish call out for death to embrace them.

This is, after all, what selfishness is.

The day will come and death will hear their call.

Death will come to the idolater,

not by the Hand of God

and not by the hand of any fellow,

rather death will embrace the idolater

by his own hand,

by his own decisions,

by his own choices.

How many have already died

because of the foolish choices

they have made in life?

The number is high,

and my point is proven.

Continue to complain

how you do not like what I say,

but my job is to speak about

life and living,

I even seek to resurrect the dead!

We can all become alive,

if and when we turn to life,

and there is no life

that is not God.

Turn to God and live!
