"O L-RD, Who are my power and my strength and my refuge in the day of trouble, to You nations will come from the ends of the earth and say, 'Only lies have our fathers handed down to us, emptiness in which there is nothing of any avail! Can a man make gods for himself, and they are no gods? 'Therefore, behold I let them know; at this time I will let them know My power and My might, and they shall know that My Name is the L-RD".
Jeremiah 16:19-21

Christianity Is Revisionist Theology

In the world of corporate advertising, the phrase “new and improved” is routinely used to create an impression of superior quality and substance.
The “new” replaces the “old” and provides an improvement or enhancement to what previously existed.
Successful marketing results in consumers being influenced enough to purchase a particular product.
This is often based on an advertised claim of superior performance or quality.
In many cases, the claims of superior quality are simply a slick ploy used to separate one product from its competition, and hopefully the result is to increase market share for the seller.
In the world of theology, this same marketing ploy is employed by Christianity to sell its product.
Despite self-serving proclamations of being the divine revelations from an all-powerful God, Christianity exhibits the same type of crass and base behavior found in corporate advertising.
This is done in an effort to elevate itself above the competition (other belief systems).

Fundamentalist Christianity commonly makes claims that the Bible displays complete harmony with no contradictions whatsoever.
It also claims that the Bible is self-evincing or self proving, being the very Word of God.
However, these claims are lies if the Bible is to be taken seriously.
Christianity is actually revisionist theology and a replacement religion that relies heavily on circular logic along with a form of special pleading to validate itself as authoritative.
It accomplishes this under the guise of being a “progressive revelation” (Col 1:25-26) from the Almighty.
In other words, the New Testament is an updated revelation from God that supersedes his prior revelations, which in turn replaces the “old” system with a new one.
In essence, progressive revelation is really a form of revisionism, and is an effective tool for modifying Old Testament scripture that stands in the way of various Christian theological preferences.
The old system (aka Old Testament) was made “new and improved” by new revelations and is represented by the system outlined in the New Testament.

Basically, Christianity hijacks pieces of the Hebrew scriptures and uses them to serve as points of origin.
This theft accomplishes the purpose of providing elements of validation and credibility for the new religion by basing it loosely on an already existing belief system.
It then dismantles the old system and replaces it with a new theology based on a god-man cult leader called “Jesus”, who was a human sacrifice that appeased the wrath of God and paid for all sins past, present, and in the future.
The Christian church (male clerics) then proceeded to redefine “God”, salvation, sin, and other concepts to suit the goals and agenda of the church hierarchy.
Authority for these human actions is neatly derived from the New Testament, where it’s claimed that the church is an extension of Jesus himself. (Eph 1:22-23)
The Christian church redefined God into a Trinity, made salvation subject to faith in a pagan human sacrifice, redefined sinful behavior, changed the Sabbath day, and added new doctrines that basically overwrote God’s word in the Hebrew scriptures, which Christians refer to as the “Old” Testament.
All of this is proclaimed to the masses as being the will of God, which gives it a stamp of divine authority along with an aura of being sacred and holy.
Christianity operates under the assumption that it (and only it) represents “proper and true” theology.
Fundamentalist Christians know this with certainty because they say so and because they deem themselves to be spiritually superior in knowledge to every other human on earth.
Only Christians have the truth, and they aren’t the least bit shy in constantly bragging about it.

Ironically, when asked to provide proof for their self-certainty of being correct, they’ll often claim that their beliefs are valid because the Bible proves it.
As noted earlier, they’ll assert that the New Testament is a perfectly harmonious continuation of the Old Testament, with no contradictions or inconsistencies in doctrine.
However, this is an insidious lie that can only be propped up and maintained by employing apologetic tools of defective argumentation such as argument by assertion, circular logic, and special pleading.
Their degree of self-delusion is so deep regarding this, that virtually no amount of objective reasoning can penetrate the armor they place around themselves, which renders logic and objective analysis useless.

But not everyone swallows the falsehoods that professional clerics and apologists trumpet forth as truth.
There is ample evidence from the Bible that the so-called perfect harmony of scripture is a Christian fairy tale, a myth, and is fundamentally dishonest in its application.

Some key examples follow:

  • Creating A New Savior Called Jesus

According to the New Testament, Jesus represents the only conduit to salvation and must be recognized as the only valid savior of mankind.

John 14:6
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

This contradicts the teaching previously given by God in the Old Testament.
God is the only savior, there are no others.

Isa 43:11
I, I [am] Jehovah; and besides me there is no saviour.

Isa 45:5-7,18,20-21
I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else; there is no God beside me: I girded thee, and thou hast not known me; that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the going down, that there is none beside me. I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else;
forming the light and creating darkness, making peace and creating evil: I, Jehovah, do all these things.
Israel shall be saved by Jehovah with an everlasting salvation: ye shall not be ashamed nor confounded, unto the ages of ages.
For thus saith Jehovah who created the heavens, God himself who formed the earth and made it, he who established it, — not as waste did he create it: he formed it to be inhabited: — I [am] Jehovah, and there is none else.
Gather yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations. They have no knowledge that carry the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save.
Declare and bring [them] near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath caused this to be heard from ancient time? [who] hath declared it long ago? Is it not I, Jehovah?
And there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour, there is none besides me.

Christians attempt to rationalize this problem away by redefining and concocting God as a triune or three person God, declaring that Jesus was fully man and fully God, so whenever God spoke about himself, he really meant Jesus as well.
This nothing more than excuse making based on expedient wishful thinking, where the desired conclusion is simply assumed and then asserted as fact.
It also makes God a liar because it mocks the clear teaching that God is a singular being with no others involved (i.e. there is none else).
God is not a man (Num 23:19, Hos 11:9, 1 Sam 15:29), nor a son of man.
Jesus also repeatedly referred to himself as a son of man, further disqualifying him as being God himself.
Human beings are not God wearing a trick or treat costume.

Psa 146:3
Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help.

There are no verses in the Hebrew scriptures where God defines himself as being three persons with one of those persons being fully man and fully God.
And while there are verses in the New Testament that support the idea that Jesus was God, there are many others that have Jesus claiming he has a God and is subservient to God.
The New Testament even cannot agree with itself on the issue of Jesus being God.

A particularly powerful and strident denouncement of the Trinity is provided in Rev 3:12, where the risen and ascended Jesus proclaimed four times in one verse that he has a God.

Rev 3:12
Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of
my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Trinitarians will always ignore this damning evidence because it wrecks their pet doctrine of a three person, co-equal God.
Fanatical Trinity believers insist that their triune-God doctrine is true and factual despite clear scriptural evidence that shows otherwise.
They prefer to live in full denial of the obvious, which leaves them in the absurd position of claiming that God (Jesus the Son) has a God (the Father) and that Jesus pretends to worship Himself.
In other words, God the Father and God the Son are interchangeable, due to their co-equal status.
This is the warped rationalization used to reconcile verses like Rev 3:12, where the ascended Jesus claims to have a God that he worships.
As an aside, if this explanation is really valid, ask a preacher to produce a verse where God (the Father) claims to worship God (the Son).
Or ask them to cite a verse where God (the Son) is defined as giving instructions to God (the Father).
Be prepared for a long wait and plenty of convoluted excuse making.

[Christian Trinity believers take note:
Isa 45:20 states that praying to a false god (who cannot save) will avail you nothing and is a sign of having no knowledge.]

According to Christian mythology, there is no other name than “Jesus”, that can provide salvation.

Acts 4:12
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

This is extreme blasphemy, a flat out lie, and represents an attempt to usurp God’s status of sole savior and give it to the cult leader Jesus instead.
The Old Testament refutes this in no uncertain manner:

Psa 145:18
Jehovah is nigh unto all that call upon him, unto all that call upon him in truth.

Isa 42:8
I am Jehovah, that is my name; and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

There are no other saviors apart from God, his name is not Jesus, and God will not give his glory to another.

Christian scripture twisting and revisionism are clearly revealed in the following:

Philip 2:9-11
Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name:
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;
And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

This is courtesy of a Jewish apostate called Paul, and this is an especially shameless twisting of an Old Testament teaching because it removes Jehovah as the primary focus of worship and replaces him with a new authority figure called Jesus.
According to this New Testament rewrite of scripture, people will now bow and scrape to Jesus while Jehovah sits in the background, having turned over his glory to Jesus.

However, the original text states that only Jehovah is the savior, there are no others.
Every knee will bow to Jehovah and every tongue will confess to him alone.

Isa 45:22-24
Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I [am] God, and
there is none else.
I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth [in] righteousness and shall not return, that
unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.
Only in Jehovah, shall one say, have I righteousness and strength. To him shall [men] come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.

There is nothing about Jesus anywhere in this passage.
Paul revised and butchered the original scripture to suit his theological whims and agenda.
This is the type of chicanery employed by Christianity to validate Jesus.

Paul’s deceptive nature in on display throughout his epistles.
As mentioned earlier, the doctrine of progressive revelation is a key tool used to replace the authority of the Old Testament teachings.
In another masterpiece of deceptive scripture twisting, Paul claims to have acquired secret wisdom that God kept hidden for thousands of years.
This secret wisdom then served as authorization form God for Paul to tell people the old system had been discarded and replaced with a new system

To support his heresy, Paul misquotes Isa 64:4 in 1 Cor 2:7-9:

1 Cor 2:7-9
but we speak the hidden wisdom of God in a secret, that God foreordained before the ages to our glory, which no one of the rulers of this age did know, for if they had known, the Lord of the glory they would not have crucified;
but, according as it hath been written,

`What eye did not see, and ear did not hear, and upon the heart of man came not up, what God did prepare for those loving Him —

Isa 64:4 prior to Paul’s distortion reads:
Even from antiquity [men] have not heard, They have not given ear, Eye hath not seen a God save Thee, He doth work for those waiting for Him.

Paul changed the wording and meaning of Isa 64:4 to suit his needs.

Isa 64:4 (original) means that men have not perceived any God except for Jehovah, who acts on behalf of those that wait for him.

By altering the scripture, Paul created a different meaning:

Isa 64:4 (altered) means that men have not perceived what God had planned for them.

The meaning has been completely changed to support Paul’s claim about having received secret wisdom that was hidden for thousands of years by God.

According to the following, God does not keep secrets from his prophets, who wrote much of the Old Testament.
Amos 3:7
Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Paul’s dishonesty is regularly exposed by comparing the Hebrew scriptures to his assertions.

  • Eliminating The Law And Replacing It With The Magical Blood Of Jesus

In an attempt to make Jesus a one size fits all remedy for sin, Christianity undermined, revised, and replaced Old Testament scripture regarding sin sacrifices and atonement.

The New Testament claims the blood of Jesus covers all sin.

Matt 26:28
For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Rom 3:25
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;

1 John 1:7
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

This is pure mythology if the Old Testament is to be taken seriously.
According to the law of God, which Jesus was living under, a human being cannot be used in a sin sacrifice.
There is no provision to use humans as clean animals for sin sacrifices anywhere in Leviticus, which is where the regulations for such sacrifices are found.
Leviticus 4 in particular, shows that the sacrifice of Jesus did not comply with any of the rules set down by God.
The blood of Jesus doesn’t atone for or cover any sin because it’s illegal and mocks God’s law.
This is where Christians will claim that Jesus is special (i.e. special pleading) and didn’t have to conform to any of the “old” laws.
In other words, Christians cannot validate Jesus as being a legal sin sacrifice from God’s original word and are forced to claim that Jesus is God and can ignore or do whatever he wants with no hindrance.

Christians will also claim that God’s prior rules were rendered obsolete by Jesus.
They will cite the New Testament as proof of this (i.e. circular logic) by quoting verses such as:

Eph 2:14-15
For he (Jesus) is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;

Rom 10:4
For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

Note that Rom 10:4 directly contradicts the role of an expected king messiah or “Christ”.

Ezek 37:24
And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes,
and do them

There is nothing in the Old Testament that says an expected messiah would abolish or end the law.

The deconstruction and deliberate undermining of God’s holy law continues in these New Testament verses.

Col 2:14
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

Gal 5:18
But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Gal 3:24-25
Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

However, Acts 21:20-26 shows Paul to be a hypocrite.
In Acts 21, Paul caves in to the demands of the Jerusalem Christians, who required Paul to conform to the “old” law in regard to taking a vow which involved making a sin sacrifice.
This took place long after Jesus had died.

Gal 2:16
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

This is utterly false according to Psa 103:17-18 and other verses.
People are made righteous and are justified by keeping the law.
Even the New Testament exposes Paul’s teaching as false.
Luke 1:5-6
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

The sabotage of the law continues to pour forth from Paul, the Jewish apostate, self-appointed Apostle, and religious fanatic.

Rom 3:21
But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;

Rom 7:6
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

In a magnificent display of spin, denial, and hypocrisy, Paul assures people that he isn’t doing away with the law, he’s really confirming and upholding it, but in a new way.

Rom 3:31
Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.

However, the law is not established by telling people that they are no longer required to obey it.
The law is also not validated by telling people to believe in an (illegal) human sacrifice as a substitute for keeping the law.
Paul’s deceptiveness can be expressed as this:
I’m not telling you lies, I’m giving you new truths!

Further evidence of Paul’s trickery is evident in the following:

Rom 4:13
For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.

Contrary to Paul’s assertion, the promise to Abraham was not based on his faith alone.
Abraham’s works ensured the promised blessings.
Gen 26:4-5
And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;
Because that
Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws

Paul carefully avoided telling his readers anything about that because it ruins his new theology, which is based on replacing the law with faith in Jesus.
He also vilifies the law as being a carrier of sin and death (Rom 3:20), but deliberately fails to mention that the law also brings blessings and life. (Psa 119:1-4, 93-94) (Prov 13:14)
Paul even manages to trip himself up with his own sophistry as Rom 3:20 contradicts what Paul wrote earlier in Rom 2:13.

Rom 3:20
Therefore by the
deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin.

Rom 2:13
For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.

Paul’s new doctrine of heresy is summed up in the following:

Rom 8:2-3
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

The holy law is declared to have been replaced by a pagan human sacrifice, a sacrifice that violated virtually every stipulation of that same law.
Then Christians claim that Jesus fulfilled the law!
This is nothing more than theological snake-oil being peddled as a divine revelation from the Almighty.
It has no authority outside of its own claims and flatly contradicts God’s word in the Old Testament.

It’s important to note that Paul never met Jesus in the flesh and relied on visions, trances, and light beams for his religious revelations and instruction. (Gal 1:11-12)
Ironically, fundamentalist Christians mock new age gurus that channel messages and receive telepathic enlightenment from spiritual beings, yet they lap up Paul’s dreamy visions as the ripest wisdom.
In effect, they become Paul worshippers, preferring his heresy to the Word of God that was given long before Jesus or Paul came along.

The law of God was competition for Paul’s new religion because the “old” system had no need for Jesus.
Paul had no problem voiding the regulations on circumcision, dietary restrictions, and even the observance of the Sabbath day.
These were strict and cumbersome laws that stood in the way of gaining converts to the new religion, so Paul simply declared them obsolete and replaced obedience to the law with faith in a bloody one-size-fits-all human sacrifice.

Contrary to Paul’s vain imaginings (derived from his dreamy visions), the law is perfect for converting the soul, is eternal, and brings blessings and salvation to those that honor it.

Psa 19:7
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

Psa 119:152-160
Concerning thy testimonies, I have known of old that thou hast founded them for ever.
Thy word is true from the beginning: and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever.

Psa 111:7-8
The works of his hands are verity and judgment; all his commandments are sure.
They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.

The law is not a temporary, nor is it inferior, or to be tampered with by adding to it or subtracting from it.

Deut 4:2
Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Deut 11:1
Therefore thou shalt love the LORD thy God, and keep his charge, and his statutes, and his judgments, and his commandments, always.

Paul was supposedly sent to preach to the Gentiles or non-Jews about how they could be accepted and saved by God.
Paul’s gospel tossed out the law and replaced it with Jesus, but this attempt to sabotage God’s prior word is also soundly refuted by the Old Testament.

Isa 56:1-7
Thus saith the LORD, Keep ye judgment, and do justice: for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
Blessed is the man that doeth this, and the son of man that layeth hold on it; that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.
Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dry tree.
For thus saith the LORD unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and take hold of my covenant;
Even unto them will I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
Also the sons of the stranger, that join themselves to the LORD, to serve him, and to love the name of the LORD, to be his servants,
every one that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it, and taketh hold of my covenant;
Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for
mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.

As the above passage clearly states, non-Jews that wanted to become part of God’s fold were to adopt the same covenant and observe the same law that the Jews were under.
There is absolutely nothing in this passage that says anything about needing to believe in a human sin sacrifice instead of honoring and keeping the law.
As noted earlier, such a sacrifice isn’t even legal according to the very law that God set down long before Jesus, Paul, or any Christian cleric came along.

[Apologists will sometimes claim that Paul didn’t mean all the law was abolished, but only meant the ceremonial and civil laws were abolished, leaving the moral law intact.
However, the text doesn’t support that notion.
They want to keep the Ten Commandments, along with other “moral” laws in effect while discarding any laws that they deem obsolete.
They mentally re-write Rom 10:4 to mean this:
Christ is the end of the ceremonial law and civil law, but not the end of the Ten Commandments.

It would have been a very simple matter for a divinely inspired Paul to have specifically stated which laws were no longer binding, but he didn’t do that.
Although it’s creative, these types of apologetics cannot save Paul.
The law is never to be tampered with (Deut 4:2) and Paul’s teaching is heresy in claiming that any of the law was abolished. ]

Christianity is not what it advertises itself to be and is contradicted by the Hebrew scriptures.
Millions of people have been sucked into the giant gaping maw of Christianity on the basis of slick advertising that has nothing to do with divine truth.
